Disappointing Mask That's Uncomfortable

I thought for the price paid that this mask would be incredible. Due to the raised edges (which are very hard-padded) it means that it's impossible to sleep on any side of your face. The mask also is badly designed as light gets in through the nose space, and appears to be designed for bigger faces.
It's also quite uncomfortable, to wear. Incredibly disappointed.
I am unable to return this mask as this is apparently a 'personal preference' and not a fault of the mask. As a result, I will no longer be shopping at ry.com.au. Great job in losing a loyal customer over a mask.
