Step 1. Wash and dry skin - keep free of any product.

Step 2. Peel the thin plastic film off the Silicone Pad.

Step 3. Apply adhesive side down to the skin while you sleep or for a minimum of two hours.

Step 4. Peel off and place adhesive side down on the packaging, storing for your next use!
